For over 20 years Acuity Solutions has been relied on for software, hardware, networking, support and development needs by a rising number of small and medium sized companies (SMEs) in the South East.

We’re so proud of what we do for our customers that we agreed an independent research company could ring our customers at random and ask them whether they’d recommend us to others. This was all part of the Sage ‘Circle of Excellence’ Awards scheme, where customers decide which Sage Business Partner has provided the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This year we came 3rd, up from 8th last year. We’re proudest of the fact that we’re still improving our score; we’d hate to rest on our laurels!

The old saying that ‘we’re small enough to care, but big enough to cope’ might have been written with us in mind. There are 30 of us in the company, but we’re Gold Certified by Microsoft, A newly appointed Sage Customer Development Centre (CDC) – one of only 15 out of over 2000 Sage Business Partners, a Citrix Silver Solution Partner, Cisco Select Certified Partner, Sophos Silver Partner, a Computer Associates Partner, a VMware Professional Partner and an HP Partner. So other highly regarded IT companies know we have the necessary skills and are worthy of their trust.

We have over 300 customers at the moment and we can count on the fingers of one hand those which have chosen to leave us. Either we were unlucky with them or we failed to look after them properly, and that really upsets us. We haven’t lost one for some time and we’re determined that’s the way it’s going to continue. It takes a long time to earn the trust of a customer and we want prospective customers to be able to get a reassuring reference from any one of our existing customers.
